How old do you have to be to stay in a hotel in Atlantic City?

Certain hotels in Atlantic City, NJ allow visitors aged 18 years or older to reserve and check into hotel rooms. However, all of the hotels with attached casinos (and there are many in A.C.) require hotel guests to be at least 21 years or older to check-in.

In many instances, minors and adults under 21 can still be inside casino hotels, but only if they're accompanied by someone 21+, and they're never permitted to enter the casinos if they're underage.
